![]() The man who answered handled the call with me rather than transfer me. I called the next day 8/25/22 and asked right away to speak to manager. I never got a shipping notification that night. It was supposed to be shipped out Friday. I told them that this isn't what they guarantee. how they're backed up, how they had a meeting about it, how they're staying after hours to make up for it, and guaranteed that my item would ship that evening by 5pm. I chatted online with someone 8/24/22 who was extremely unprofessional, told me that my items were complete, and gave me every excuse in the book on why it hasn't shipped yet. Their website claims "24 Hour Turnaround on all Repairs". ![]() Safety Restore received my equipment on 8/18/22 (Thursday). Order # ****** placed 8/16/22 $274.97 to repair an airbag module and two seatbelts. I want my my $59.99, plus the $10.85 I paid to ship. They lied about received date, lied about getting it done last Friday and now I am to believe that I will have the product by Wednesday. Call on Monday the 16th and found that it hasn't been started. I call Friday the 13th and they said they just received it. They received my item Wednesday morning, Jan 11th at 8:01 am. ![]() This company clearly states and prides themselves that they offer a 24 hour turnaround time and a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Again, supply chain issues was the response. (Today is Monday) I then asked how is it possible that if you overnight a package to a customer on Monday and they don't get it till Wednesday. The response was priceless, "supply chain issues and sometimes things happen." The representative said that he would prioritize my module to get done today and they would overnight it to me. I asked how is it they didn't receive it till Friday when I have the shipping status stating it was delivered Wednesday morning at 8:01 am, hand delivered. I called Seatbelt Restore this morning asking the status of my module and again was told that it hasn't been started yet because they didn't receive it till Friday. Over the weekend I checked the tracking number of the module I sent them and found that it was hand delivered at 8:01 am Wednesday morning, Jan 11th. I got no updates for shipping info Friday. Rita was the online rep that I spoke with and she said that my package had just arrived that morning and she would prioritize it for that day. The morning of Friday the 13th I had not heard any updates so I went online and checked the status of the module. Shipped the package, per instructions to their website, on Saturday the 7th. ![]() With good reviews on their website, I placed an order on Friday, Jan 6th.
